Preparation of a price proposal based on the type of project and requirements, including plans, production drawings, 3D renderings, quantity schedules, etc., according to the client’s preferences.

Upon approval, a contract is shared with the client for signing, and a 50% payment is required if the total amount exceeds 25,000 SAR. If the total cost of the design is less than 20,000 SAR, the upfront payment will be 70%.

The interior design work is carried out according to the client’s needs and can be modified for an additional fee.

After signing the contract, the client is entitled to two revisions of the 2D plans with minor changes.

Meeting notes are documented and signed by the client after each meeting.

After reviewing the mood board, 3D renderings are created based on the chosen theme. The design process is reviewed with the client for review rounds 1-3 and adjustments to ensure it stays updated. The client is allowed one revision of the 3D renderings with minor changes. If major revisions are requested, there may be additional fees.

Final payment is requested upon completion of the 3D renderings and before presenting the quantity schedule.

Production drawings, if requested, will commence after approval of the 3D renderings.

Material selection and quantity details are shared with the client after final payment.

The complete work will be shared with the client in the form of A3 paper prints and a digital PDF file.
